I placed an order and my payment was accepted on November 24. Today is December 12 and I have just received half of my order from another customer for whom the product was not intended. So I'm missing 1 product out of two. So I'm disappointed! I'm going to place a new order at the beginning of January where I need various products, tools, brushes, paints and models. I hope to have better luck as I find your site very attractive and clearly presented. No hard feelings, I'm still here and hope to become a customer.

Encouraged At first I was a liitle aprehensive. Never hard of them. But their website looked good and the prices were excellent. So...I decided to take the plunge. Everything worked out well...initially. Then...there was nothing. No communication...nothing about my order. This went on for a good 2.5 weeks. I was getting worried. No tracking information at their website...etc. So I began to write them and say..hey! Where's my order? They wrote back apologetically and said it's in process. Well...after a few rounds of email...they came through! I received my order and I was happy about the expereince....especially the price. I chalked up the negative part of the experience as their growing pains. Definitely will use again.

I thought I had ordered 2 models because your site is supposed to sell models (given its name). These purchases were gifts for 2 children. For one there was no problem, it was a model boat to be designed. For the other, I received a miniature motorcycle on a stand that had absolutely nothing to do with a model. So I'm going to have to buy something else because I'm not going to send it back to you, I don't have time for that. I will no longer recommend anything on your site.
