On what I ordered, 1001Hobboes was the cheapest. The order then came from France, but was delivered quickly.

Excellent customer relations: Thanks to the person who contacted me by phone to offer me 2 free shipments, as one of the products was likely to arrive later (my fault, I hadn't read the message when ordering). In the end, they offered to replace the missing product with one that was a few euros more expensive, for the original price! 1001 hobbies is now at the top of my suppliers list, and I'm already planning my next order.

Second item Citroen 2 cv Charleston not available and also not supplemented After weeks message from France:Available again or return the cost price I chose the latter and received money back.Meanwhile bought the intended item elsewhere.Email and Phone in the Netherlands not reachable.Bad business Pity .
The delivery took longer than expected and my address was not given correctly but the support was able to solve the problem in time and the package arrived undamaged so everything was great except for the delivery time.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE! My experience was disastrous, please do not buy here, they have terrible customer service and do not allow you to cancel orders. My order took months to arrive. when I tried to contact them by phone to ask for updates on my order they asked me to be patient as we had a mutual commitment, after weeks of not knowing anything I tried to cancel my order due to this situation and my calls went unanswered and my emails took almost a week to be answered. They would not let me cancel my order and sent me a very poorly packaged package with damage to the product boxes.
