Reason for my contingent orders

Shipping times are very long. The items ordered were announced to be shipped within 1 week, they arrived after 20 days... I had to contact customer service to make sure they hadn't forgotten my order after 15 days without any news from them.

I found the site easy to use and the products I ordered were as described. They offer a wide selection of models. Delivery was trouble fee and took a reasonable amount of time. The prices seemed a little high.
