Worthless webshop! After two weeks of waiting, my order has still not been shipped even though it is indicated to be in stock. The e-mail is not responded to and when I call I get an English speaking person on the phone (probably outsourced customer service). Can't cancel the order on the website or by phone because they first have to 'investigate' what went wrong. In short, worthless order here NEVER again. Now just hope I get my money back.

Fine webshop that can supply a lot of nice modeling products and accessories. Also, the price is good in my opinion and the stock status and delivery time is accurate and transparent. Also I really like their website navigation and search. Only thing I would like to see more extensive is the information about the plastic building model itself. It lacks useful information about the model, not about the aircraft type itself. But about how the building model is. I will definitely order here more often!
