Good product and delivered on time
Well, the model arrived. But I couldn't find out the status of my order since it was a pre-order. I knew it had already arrived at other stores, but I wrote 3 emails and none were answered. There are too many things on the website, which is very good, but you really don't know what they have in real stock and you don't know if your order will arrive, and that is frustrating nowadays. Other than that, good price and once shipped everything was fine. I would buy again but only things that are actually in stock. Thank you
Hello, I received your order with a lot of delay, not having any email, I had to send you one to find out what was going on. You replied that a product was missing and would be replaced by another which I accepted, but when I received my order, I realized that the product you sent me did not meet my expectations. Terrible experience! I bought a dimatex backpack but besides the delay in shipping, they do not respond to emails and if they do, it takes many days. The product received does not match the one in the photo and despite having contacted them, I have never received a response. Terrible. The backpack received can be found on the official site for 40 euros less. I bought it because the photo depicted a different version not present on the official site. Never again with them.

Deadlines much too long
Product, choice, availability nothing to complain about 1001hobbies. However, I take away one star for the attention to the package. Thin cardboard, model without protection or bubble wrap, I had also ordered a Tumbler which moved around the whole trip, model box crushed, cardboard crushed... To be reviewed on this point.

With this seller, you need to be patient with shipping times, as the estimated times given for products to be back in stock aren't always accurate, and sometimes they can take longer. Aside from the long shipping times, so far, my orders on this site have always been successful, and the items have always arrived.
