Communication was good, also the item ordered was fine!, only I regret that there is no home delivery and it had to be picked up at a collection point!, this is very inconvenient especially if you do not have transportation!

The main reason I went with 1001hobbies is they were the only supplier of a painting mask set specifically designed for the Revel B-17F. Even though the shipment came from somewhere in France and I live in Ontario, Canada, it was delivered within 5 calendar days! Everything about the order was perfect!

I had ordered several pre-order products for which the delivery date was non-binding (but it was included with all the products, so I knew what I was getting into and also that these products are generally a bit harder to get in Europe). The "click and collect" is missing on the site, especially when shipping costs are higher than the order 🙂 - Ordered in Isère, and picked up in Montreuil, as soon as received by your services. Otherwise, nice and efficient staff. Oh yes, ... and make + promos! (I'm interested of course!) 🙂
