No, I stick to my first impression. I received an order 1 year after paying. If I hadn't left a negative review, I probably would never have received it. And I made almost a hundred calls, sent emails. I had to mistakenly place a second order for the first one to be sent to me. And, of course, no apologies, no commercial gesture.

Very long delivery times, poor communication from the seller (partial delivery without specifying the goods sent, nor the deadlines for the remaining items). Reference error (previous order)... a very expensive seller, whose timeliness and quality of service are not justified. It's a shame, but it looks like France.

First of all, contrary to what I had read, this company is not a scam. I had placed a large order and everything was delivered. The only problem is that they are restructuring and response times are longer due to a telephone standard being completely reorganized. But if you contact by email, you get responses and proper follow-up. They exchanged a box for me that the producer was taking an infinite time to provide. I give 4 stars for the absent telephone standard for now.

Doing what they promise
Package shipped quickly, correct price. However, I bought paint (4 Humbrol oil and 1 Humbrol water it seems.) And the last one was slightly dry. Otherwise, nothing to complain about (4.5/5) I would say.
Already has taken a month, and order hasn't even been shipped.
