Satisfied with my order, but how is it that for the same model that I'm going to buy, you're more expensive than three of your competitors, there's even a difference of up to 12 euros?

The experience is good, it could be improved a little in the delivery tracking or rather in the delivery messages, but overall good, happy with the material purchased.

If you don't have a product in stock to ship within the given timeframe let the customer know right away or write it in the item description to let them know that the timeframe might be longer. Good at responding quickly and thoroughly to emails though.

Error on an ordered article, a reference of paint was delivered instead of the one I had ordered, no refund but a credit of 5 €...not great, it just covers the shipping costs.

In my experience. On the website the specifications of the product are given loosely. I happened to buy a board game but it was not in Italian, but French. I wanted to make the return but on the site I couldn't find the page for that.
