1001 Hobbies had all the paint colors that I needed for my Revell model, and the price was a lot better that in other places I looked for. Very happy with my purchase, and the delivery was faster than I expected. I will check here for my next model.

An order placed on January 05. Messages received on the 15th mentioning "discounts" on a future order without further explanation. Delivery finally arrived more than two weeks later with two items missing. Request for explanation on the 20th. No reply after 7 days. In fact, I guess you have to understand that art is no longer available after the order has been placed. Why leave unavailable items on the site? As for communication, it's very "average".

The poor choice of courier company, with slow delivery and various excuses penalize my review

According to the information, it should only arrive shortly after Christmas. I can understand with an order on December 21 that the goods won't arrive for the festive season. But almost the end of January...then at least state the correct delivery date. For the extra charge on shipping, I could have ordered the whole thing just as easily on Amazon and for less money, including earlier delivery.
