Impeccable service as usual

The parcel arrived on time, but damaged inside and before it arrived in the UK. all contents are unusable. I do not recommend this company. I regret not checking the reviews before purchasing. Money wasted

I give this site only 2 stars because I had ordered 7 models, but I only received 6, the B-29 superfortresses scale 1/48 from revell I did not receive in the package. Then I sent another mail but I have not had a reply back ! So I don't know where this m9del construction box has gone ! The package itself was undamaged though and all the model kits were tip top in order. The package was also delivered very fast.

Order placed on November 29 and still not shipped. No reply to my email request for information about the availability of my products and impossible to contact them by phone. In short, I probably won't get my order for Christmas... even though it's paid for. I don't recommend this seller.

A vast and varied catalog, and fast shipping. But considering the shipping costs and the type of items, you'd expect careful packaging... but no, not for me this time. So I'm a little disappointed on this point.

Apparently it was difficult to get 1 package. But the effort was made. Had to come from China I believe. In the end everything delivered nicely (3 building models) complete. I can get started! 1001 Hobbies has a really very wide selection. No need to go out the door for something nice!

The selection is very extensive and comprehensive. Unfortunately, the relatively long delivery times bother me.
