An order placed on January 05. Messages received on the 15th mentioning "discounts" on a future order without further explanation. Delivery finally arrived more than two weeks later with two items missing. Request for explanation on the 20th. No reply after 7 days. But almost the end of January...then at least state the correct delivery date.
