No damage

Product was delivered much too late and also damaged, communication with 1001hobbies is incredibly slow and they still do not offer a solution. Been busy for weeks now.

I have not been informed of an out-of-stock situation I am not refunded for the out-of-stock product but I am stuck with a credit note (does this comply with the regulations or the general terms and conditions of sale, I don't think so). No response from 1001hobbies to messages sent via the customer account.

A lot of products, a lot of choice, it's a pity that shipping costs are expensive, that to get free shipping you have to buy a lot of 99€ and that return shipping costs are at the customer's charge. For info amazon returns are free and the minimum purchase for free shipping is 25€.

Order was delivered nicely on time and was exactly what I expected. I am very happy with my order and the web shop, there is a great selection and clear information. I have been ordering there for years and it always goes well.

The site indicated that goodies were in stock after a week, everything shipped nicely after a week and in a few days in from France. Everything went very smoothly.
