Very disappointed order 2 puzzles received only 1 and instead of having a refund directly to my account it makes me a credit while for the puzzle I walk to the heart so the credit voucherbm will not serve

Hello, Parcel received with two products instead of three as indicated on my order. No explanatory note. What I find most annoying is to get a robot on the phone. No more real contact? Too bad. A real shame.

I ordered some Tamiya paint pots that I received and some of them were covered with a label that didn't mention the paint reference. Not easy to identify the contents. Strange and a bit confusing.... Otherwise fast processing and careful delivery.

It took a little longer, but there were goods that others didn't have.

All good in itself, but the shipping is very expensive (especially to the home) and the shipping time is also not without.

Only four out of five stars because the prices are comparatively much higher than elsewhere. Everything else is fine. I have now received two of three delayed orders. The longer delivery times for the majority of items that are apparently not in stock are already pointed out when ordering. So nothing is promised that cannot be kept. The order and delivery history can be viewed on the website and the contact regarding two questions was friendly and direct. So if you have patience and don't necessarily look at every euro, this is a good place to order.

Same remarks as for the EAGLECAL board bought the same day on 27/01, purchase received on 21/02. Product not in stock, indicate this on the site to warn the buyer of delivery times. Landing gear from the kit used. Product stored in 'spoil box' for future use.
