Parts are missing from the box, the parts are not numbered, I reported it by phone and was told I would be called back, no call back.

Very fast efficent service, and very reasonable shipping costs. Will use 1001hobbies again.

Excellent products, but availability is a bit chaotic and deliveries are a bit long.

The instructions are very brief, the components very fragile - in short, it's all gone to waste...

Following my complaint emails, I asked for the sale to be cancelled. Customer service simply ignores customer requests. The only response is silence. I'm very disappointed.
