Package arrived too late...

The only thing that did not happen was the expected delivery date. It came 4 days later

An essential site for me. Important catalog. Regular orders and satisfied without delays. Unfortunately, there are one or two brands of quality figurines missing that are difficult to obtain on the market.

I ordered a hard to get item - but 1001 Hobbies had it in stock! Now I can proceed w/ my model build. Thank you for a job well done.

True came damaged. Despite paying 4 euros for double packaging, there was nothing to see and it was simply stuffed into a box that was too small. An absolute disgrace! I will definitely not order anything here again.

First part of the order received on time and without problems, however one item was missing, it took several months to receive my item even though the store knew that the item was missing at the time of shipment. I had to remind them twice that the item was missing to receive it

Ok product, but terrible customer service 🙁 Paid $60 for “expedited shipping” in order to receive before Christmas (when I was to share my display with family), and nothing was shipped for days after I ordered it, and they never responded to my multiple attempts to cancel the expedited shipping when unrealized they would never make it in time. They ignored all my requests and sent for $60 anyway, and so I paid $60 for a package that came 16 days after I ordered it - 11 days after I needed it 🙁

The package arrived well wrapped and packaged. But it said that the delivery date of the package was 29/12 and I received it on 05/01. I also tried to contact the company to see if there was any issue with the shipment and I did not get any response. And the package tracking service was not working. I will not place an order with this company again.

Item arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was undamaged. The package tracking never updated beyond "Preparing shipment" on the website, but it didn't end up being a problem.
