Hello, it is rare for me to give such a bad rating but almost 2 months before receiving the ordered package 2 weeks before my son's birthday. We are 2 unhappy customers. Moreover, the only means of communication was emails. To top it off, not even a commercial gesture. As someone who is in sales, I don't find this acceptable.

After 1 week without news, I have written 3 emails regarding the status of my order, without any response. I then called both your French and Dutch customer service, but there was no response from the French side, no one picked up, in the Netherlands I received an automatic message... that I had to send an email...?? Only after a customer at Paypal intervened did they wake up and my shipment finally arrived.... sad.

1 When I went to pick up my package at the Pickup point, they asked me for my ID number which I do not have (thank you for this hassle) 2 The colors in the small paint pots do not match the navy blue I was looking for. The Hobby 54 labeled navy blue is black The Heller 077 labeled navy blue is also black so straight to the trash. The shipping cost is very exaggerated. So 1001hobbies is to be avoided for me.
