I did receive my last parcel, but it wasn't packed well enough. My product was badly damaged! I hope that you will solve this packaging problem with, for example, cardboard and bubble wrap.

We had a reception problem: the parcel never arrived. 1001hobbies took care of it. It took a long time (order at the end of June and reception in September) but in the end, I received my parcel at home. Thank you for your help.

When I placed my order, I would have liked to have been informed of the zero stock and that my payment would only be cashed when the order was dispatched... Fortunately, the order did not exceed 8 days.

The customer service is very good.but above all you have a very wide choice and that's the main thing.the only problem is the prices which are sometimes much higher than those of your competitors.but that's apparently a supplier problem.
