I am satisfied with the 1001 hobbies service but the product I received was not in perfect condition. A moulding defect in a key part linked to the manufacturer.

Continued to receive e mails asking me to verify and complete my purchase, even after I had received the item. I was told this was a 'bug' and had been removed, however, I still continued to receive them after this, also an e mail told me the item was coming into stock from a warehouse, even though it was listed as being in stock on their site, not very impressed. I won't be using them again.

The packaging of the 'item ordered was poor, the package containing the item jolted inside the box because there was only a sheet of paper as padding.
