There have been errors in the last two orders I have placed, I have emailed two différant depts to get resolved and have not even had a response to any emails, very disappointing, won’t use again which is a shame as the range and price is very good but they don’t get orders right and don’t respond or try to resolve,

The sailboat arrived on time except that the remote control was missing, but they were able to rectify this quickly. The staff are competent and I recommend this site.

I didn't receive the item I ordered instead of my 150€ order I received a doll costume for 5€ And as of today I still don't know where my order is and when I'll be able to receive it.
