Very satisfied. Quick turnaround time and easy to navigate.

The 1001 hobbies site is well presented and everything can be found there. The only problem is the time I had to wait to receive what I ordered (more than 15 days)

The site does not provide good information for non French residents and i had not been informed of the unacceptable delay of forwarding (although through an expensive express provider : more than 3 weeks for Dubai !!! (still pending)

Part from it take a good while & leaving me thinking the order wasn't even coming at this point & the box somewhat almost being burst open that it was shipped in, it was as good as can be. In the end I did get my package, so can't be that much more upset/too upset!!

I am still waiting, after numerous e mails and assurances about it from the seller ,to receive one of the packages ordered and logically already paid for, disappointment.

Great selection of items I've been looking for at fair prices but shipping seems to take an excessive amount of time and my last order took several weeks before I even received notification that the item was shipped.

I had no problems finding the products I needed or placing the order.

Everything perfect the model of the plane and the quality brushes, I do not put a star more because of the delay in shipping was a little more than a week longer than expected but for the products a ten.

Terrible. They only sent half of my order, which was damaged, the most expensive item never arrived and was never sent, they have also refused to send a replacement or send me a refund for it. I would NEVER buy from this company again and I would tell anybody else to avoid dealing with them. They also pretend they are in the UK with their website name, UK phone number and UK prices but they are actually in France. Their customer service is pathetic, the ignore you. Worst experience EVER. I lost £160 dealing with them.

In terms of ordering, there's nothing to complain about. However, in terms of ergonomics, one possible improvement would be to make it easier to navigate through the various categories. For example, if you want to find a can of Tamiya paint, you'll have to use the search engine, so I'm only giving it 4 stars, to leave room for improvement 🙂
