The order was placed on 9-5-23, recd 10-7-23. I find that reasonable going from France to eastern US. Everything was packed well, and there were no mistakes, i.e., items missing, etc. I found the site was reasonably well designed, not difficult to navigate. Merci beaucoup!.

One of the figurines was then 6 months late because of the supplier: after a quick email I got the first 3 directly and the 4th as soon as it was available without paying more. Apart from a slightly long delivery due to an item being in stock (a partial delivery would have been a plus). The products conform to the order and the collection from the locker is spot on.

Ordered a game but it came with a French explanation of the rules! Strange when you order something from a Dutch site. Emailed but not solved to my satisfaction. Will not order again soon.
