Usually it goes well. Here, I waited 1 month, delivered in 2 parts on the same day. Some items were announced within 1 to 2 weeks.. Moreover, the paint pots are covered with a European mention I think. So it's impossible to see the references of the pot.. I had to scratch the new label.. All this is not serious in itself but doing a little better seems possible to me.

1. The extra protection of the helicopter for an additional cost of €2.50 was just a piece of newspaper, I expected a different type of filling! 2. The cardboard box was creased from transport, there was a label saying "fragile" on it but I think the transport did not take this into account. 3. The tail rotor of the helicopter was rolling around in the cardboard box, even a wing was broken off the tail rotor. I was able to reassemble this with glue. 4.
