This is the first time I place an order with them and well, they met the expected delivery times and the material arrived well and in its sealed boxes. Very good in service and presentation and in delivery times. If I want something from them, I will surely buy from them again

They told BRT it was a delivery to a Fermopoint, except they used my private delivery address, due to this mistake BRT refused to deliver it and I had to collect it from a pickup center. Also, the package was torn apart and the game box was visibly ruined in a couple of places.

Exceptional quality Metal Earth models. Building them is a challenge and completing them is a real satisfaction. Fast shipping service for items available in stock. The only downside is that I had to go pick up the package at the nearest brt office (free shipping and delivery in Italy).

Delivery date was a lot later than advertised. On the delivery date there was only a message that the package was damaged. A few days later a message that delivery date was cancelled or changed by me (though I did not do that). Eventually package arrived. I had to look up the changes myself, I did not get updates. Also I did not get any replies on my mails to customer service.

The item arrived broken, I sent an email as soon as I opened it with photos and details of the damage to the item and almost a week later, I still haven't received any response regarding this... and here I am with my broken item and no solution...

The delivery does not match the order.

Delay of one and a half months on the scheduled delivery date, but since the product was "made in Russia", given the current times, I would be lenient. However, it is regrettable to have no contact with 1001 hobbies and only receive "automated emails" with no interest in each request.

The order arrived incomplete. One of the models was missing. From an order totaling 70€, there is material missing worth 20€. I have sent several emails and complaints but no one has responded to me.
