I ordered two copies of the book Void King in hardback. They delivered two copies of the book in paperback. I checked the website. Yep, the pictures are of a hardback book. I contact them asking them to resolve the issue, they respond, tell me how embarrassing it is for them, then I never hear from them again. Wrong information with the article on the site so I couldn't do anything with it, and the previous order was damaged. Get a refund of 10€ while the article cost over 30€...2 out of 4 were still broken. Still order something again, wrong info was on it.... 1st couple of orders went well but now they have dropped out anyway. Screwed up 2x in a row. I will order elsewhere from now on.
