The prices are very fair considering everything, and there are figures that I have not found elsewhere! The quality is obviously high as the figures are original, and the (free) shipping was very fast. There are *some* figures with higher prices, if you want to save money on everything you will have to buy from more sites besides this one, but I have noticed that if an order is very large the margin of savings is greater. Good service in any case, and the items arrived safely packed and without any damage.

Received order in good condition and good service.

I placed an order that never arrived but was debited from my account. I had to call back several times to finally be told clearly that there had been a bug with my order and that I should place it again immediately! And of course with a commercial gesture! I finally received my order more than 1 month later, but of course I didn't even get an apology or a commercial gesture, even though they had told me on the phone! In short, I don't recommend this site because I didn't get my gift when I wanted it and no apology or gesture! Very very very disappointed

My order arrived faster than expected (I'm integrating it into a diorama - indi and his father on the motorcycle. So to is OK. The site seems easy to navigate (I made one for a hospital) and above all the prices are competitive (which is important for the customer). Best regards Gilbert

Delivery times too long , selling prices higher than other suppliers

Order placed on 1/12 and received on 21 !!!! While it was indicated on your site: sent within 8 days!! my Christmas sales all cancelled! A broken star in the lot!!5

Fully satisfied

I left many messages to customer service, asking you to change the delivery address because I was moving. Finally I contacted an operator to do it and she told me that everything was ok, that she had changed the address. It was a lie because it was still delivered to my old address and I had to call in favors to have it delivered to the new tenants.

After the tracking link said the parcel had been returned I was really concerned after then looking at some awful trustpilit reviews. Rest assured, one message to customer service and it was resent with a different courier and on the door step 2 days later. Fantastic service.

Hard to plug into my battery

One brush, without tubular protection, was "stuck", on the bristle side, in the bubble-paper, while the second, of the same reference, was fitted with its protection. On the plus side: fast delivery.

Speed of delivery

Very fast.

Delivery time respected, the parcel was superbly packaged and protected. The only downside was that when I asked about the status of the order, the after-sales service told me it wouldn't be available before January 2024. 3 days later, the order was delivered!
