Purchased an item that was supposed to be available in stock and shipped the same day. Since I did not see it arrive after a week, I contacted 1001 hobbies for information, never received a response, in my third email where I requested a refund and cancellation of the order, never a response, after 15 days they wrote to me saying that it was no longer possible to cancel the order. Terrible service.

Fast shipping, super packed
Delivery okay, item 747 gold pendant disappointing. Supposed to be 333 gold, after 7 days gold color off. Usable as a silver pendant. Can only advise against it. What a pity.

Despite a bulky packaging, the box containing the ordered model was damaged with broken parts on the sprues. Was it an old box pulled from the back of the stock?
Announced deadline for shipping respected. Quality packaging. There's nothing left to enjoy!

That was the worst shopping experience of my life! I ordered something for my nephew's birthday. The order was placed in June 2024, and what can I say? I only received the goods in March 2026. I had contacted them beforehand and requested a refund, but that was completely unsuccessful. They did not want to give me my money back, even though it was clearly their fault. They made their customers wait forever, even though the item was not available at all. In the end, I had to beg them to give me a gift voucher worth the purchase price, and I had to buy something else that I didn't even need. Terrible.

Months to receive an order scheduled for 15/05/2025, arrived in March 2026 (8 months) and no excuse, not even an email. I do not recommend this company at all that takes customers for pigeons.

I think they should be more in contact with the buyer and inform them from the beginning how long the shipping will take. My order placed on February 4th was received on March 10th.
Delivery instructions not followed... Too bad...

No issues with the products. But 3 weeks delay for receipt. Several emails sent to get information as there was no information from them. No commercial gesture.
