Delivered quickly, but the packaging leaves something to be desired. The box was not secured in the shipping carton, which was slightly crushed.
The product meets my expectations but I am extremely disappointed with the delivery times. I ordered more than a month in advance of the recipient's birthday and I still received it almost a month late from the said date.
I pre-ordered four models in September for a delivery initially scheduled for October, but it has been postponed several times. In December, I had to pay new shipping fees to receive only half of my order. The rest has been successively announced for March, then May, then June, and now October... more than a year after my order. I find this really unprofessional and I will not recommend you anymore.

I have already ordered and have never had any problems until now. Hello, on an order of 5 products, a one-month delay for receipt, while on the site everything was available, 2 out of 5 products do not conform to the order, impossible to reach someone by phone, and I still don't know what to do with the non-conforming products.
Order received without problem and conforms to the description delighted with this purchase
Products are great, but delivery took 6 weeks instead of the next day while everything should have been in stock!

The same problems as for others, shipping delays not respected. Purchase of several items available for shipping the same day, payment of express shipping fees to receive it the next day as indicated, except that the order is not even shipped the next day but 3 days later... Customer service responds generically when we ask what is happening, and a small note in the message to say that they have longer delays with the change of depot. If this is really the case, it would be good to indicate it ON THE SITE before the order... Everything is more expensive than on other sites as well. Prefer other solutions for your purchases.

PACKAGED VERY BADLY: there was nothing inside to prevent the bottles of thinner and everything else from banging around during transport, resulting in a "mirror" sheet from Hasegawa, which cost 30 euros, arriving all crumpled. I contacted the store days ago reporting the problem (with photos) and they haven't replied. TERRIBLE.
Quite mixed with the experience. The availability of items is overestimated. Moreover, I was disappointed with the Hät products whose quality is questionable. Of course, the site does not mention this. A merchant also has the role of advising, here this is not the objective. Too bad.
