Order incomplete on delivery. An invoiced item was missing because it was unavailable. They shipped as if nothing had happened. When I asked for a refund for the missing item, I was told that my order had been delivered. I explained the problem a second time: radio silence. A third e-mail to explain the situation again. Still no response other than to advertise for new products. Lack of seriousness and consideration for the customer, bordering on fraudulent.

Delivery times to the UK were OK, given the added complication of Brexit, and there was a brief hold-up due to a query on the import paperwork. On arrival the kits were delivered in a box that was just about adequate, but it and the internal packing could have been better and I feel lucky that there wasn't actually any damage to the contents. Hence only 4 stars rather than 5.
