I ordered 4 products at the end of November in anticipation of Christmas: I only received one before Christmas. On January 20 I received 2 other products. One product is still missing and I haven't heard from customer service. Site to flee. I put one star because I can't put zero.

I am satisfied with the 1001 hobbies service but the product I received was not in perfect condition. A moulding defect in a key part linked to the manufacturer.

Brands you can't find anywhere else... and I'd like to thank customer service for its availability and friendliness...
