Contacted via email via customer service to ask where the item is I didn't know it had to come from France but then you get such a blunt and rude response . I have pointed out to them that I am not enamored with their response . So would like to file a complaint at this point!

I had a few problems because the glue bottle had the cap unscrewed and was therefore almost completely empty. But hey, that can happen. But the 1001hobbies after-sales service made all the difference! I contacted them and within a day they sent me a new bottle of glue as a replacement! Honestly top of the range service, bravo!!!!

I am. Dry pleased with the products 1001 Hobbies offers, not only the variety but the fair price for their products. Also the updates concerning the status of the order. The postage cost is comparable to some of the US suppliers. I have passed along your name to my model club.

Why these systematically announced delays in order preparation?

The delivery time was too long. In addition, my shipped order is incomplete. I am very disappointed.

On August 5th I placed an order for Evergreen paints and squares. Does anyone think I would have done it if I had known it was going to arrive on September 13th? The shipment must have been sent by turtle courier, it took 10 days for the package to arrive in Paris to Spain. It took 10 days for the package to get from Paris to Spain. I don't think I will ever buy from them again.

There's a banner on the site informing us of delivery times of 24 to 48 hours. For just under 9 euros I was delivered after 14 days. When I asked about the tracking of my order, which was supposed to contain only in-stock items, the reply I received simply informed me that preparation had been delayed and that my order would be prepared quickly. In the end, I received my order with one item less, obviously no longer in stock at the time of preparation. I therefore have a credit note valid on a merchant site that I don't really want to order from any more.
