The site said ... item in stock, which is why I ordered it. Afterwards it turned out to be out of stock and I had to wait another 2 weeks. Had I known that I had ordered it somewhere else

Fast service. Model of Ferme Normande is excellent. Too bad the buildings are in 1:72 scale instead of the HO railroad standard of 1:87. I'll make do. But now laser printing and cutting machines can be reprogrammed for the more popular scale, for even more sales?

The model is excellent, it replicates the loft surfaces and detail very well. Service was great. Response to questions was quick, progress of my shipment was accounted for, and its arrival was timely. I would order other items for the hobby in the near future.

Mostly clear directions although further transfer pages not obvious. Good, but slow, response through French system seemed elaborate.

However, this time the parcel service made a big mistake by mailing me that the package could not be delivered because of a wrong address (which was NOT the case). I was very surprised when the package was delivered that same day. Nice is different! So, my points on this one: 1001Hobbies a big 10, parcel service a fat 0.
