Everything was fine, the order took a little while, but it was fine.

Wide selection. Fast delivery. SAP very friendly. The only problem is that some models are far too expensive for what they are. Also, virtually all the models received 5-star reviews. I find that odd.

Product indicated as being available on the site, after validating my order and waiting several days, I was informed that the product was being restocked... I asked to cancel my order as the product would arrive too late, but I received no reply. In short, the product arrived after four weeks, my son's birthday had passed and everyone was disappointed. Not to mention the 10-euro fee I have to pay, which is not indicated in the item description. I'll never order from this site again!

I ordered two copies of the book Void King in hardback. They delivered two copies of the book in paperback. I checked the website. Yep, the pictures are of a hardback book. I contact them asking them to resolve the issue, they respond, tell me how embarrassing it is for them, then I never hear from them again. I guess since they got their money from me, they don’t think that they have to deliver the product they sold me. I won’t be ordering from 1001hobbies.com again
