My order has not arrived yet, big disappointment!

After a few years I placed another order, I must say that the site continues to be very good for the offers available. Unfortunately, I have not yet received my order, I remember that even back then, the shipping took a while. I was guaranteed that it would arrive by Christmas, I had my doubts, but I was still hopeful. Anyway, I confirm the validity of the site, hoping to resolve the delivery of the order a bit sooner.

Fatal, it says the order is delivered and it's a lie! They don't tell me where I can find it, what a disappointment.

Good in terms of choice but very approximate on the order tracking. The tracking link indicated in preparation, I have a message saying that the package will be delayed while the package is already at the relay. Communication on package tracking needs to be reviewed. Otherwise, order compliant, well packaged.

It was a disaster, the customers' opinion does not interest you, one is ignored!!!! I have written to you multiple times and never received a response!!!! 1 star is too much!!!!

You could put glue to build the models or at least indicate that it needs to be purchased separately (which is stingy)

Order status from order placement to order receipt was not consistent with other 5 star modeller suppliers. There was no order confirmation nor order shipment email sent, order shipment tracking information was not available on line and two emails to 1001hobbies customer support requesting this information went unanswered.

Almost 2 weeks after ordering still nothing received.

Product conforms and fast delivery! 🙂

Only on the site it is not clear how to cancel an order before shipping and I have not received a response to 2 emails regarding this.
