My only drawback is that one of the brushes didn't have the bristles protected and that the parcel arrived a little late... something that can happen as it has never happened with previous orders. Satisfied all the same!

They responded by giving me a mailing address and told me that they will tell me how to make the return. I do not know if they will refund me the money, they will send me a voucher. I will not buy again. I do not recommend it because they do not give facilities for the return.
