The goods arrived on time. I appreciated the very meticulous packaging. The item has no apparent cosmetic defects and matches what was ordered.

Ordered 03 04, delivered 20 05. Three requests for more information. Always the same mechanical answer. "Your request: Re: Your request: Re: Your 1001Hobbies order has not yet been prepared"

The preparation of the order plus the delivery takes too much time. This is the reason why I can't buy certain items.

WELL, HAVING RECEIVED PAINT THAT WAS COMPLETELY DRY, YOU PROMISED TO REPAIR IT, BUT IN THE LAST ORDER THERE WAS NO COMPENSATION.

The parcel took a long time to arrive (in fact it was because of the supplier) but that's not a problem. On the other hand, I asked for the option "emballage" except that ~15% of the packaging was missing (2 sides were missing)

BUT THIS TIME someone (you, I don't know) had stuck a label (compulsory I'm sure) ON THE PAINT NUMBER!!!! I spent 30 minutes patiently peeling everything off so as not to rip off the number to find out exactly what was in the pots. 18 POTS.

Customer service is very good, but on the site it says that a product is available and then 1 month later it tells you that it's out of date (2 times on the same figurine that I'm still waiting for...) So be sure to check your suppliers' stocks!
