Perfect delivery, but the product is not very efficient and fragile. I would not use it again.

The plush is perfect but the delivery needs to be improved. I received my parcel 1 month and a half after ordering it.

There's a banner on the site informing us of delivery times of 24 to 48 hours. For just under 9 euros I was delivered after 14 days. When I asked about the tracking of my order, which was supposed to contain only in-stock items, the reply I received simply informed me that preparation had been delayed and that my order would be prepared quickly. In the end, I received my order with one item less, obviously no longer in stock at the time of preparation. I therefore have a credit note valid on a merchant site that I don't really want to order from any more.

Fine delivery and fine delivery time

I would not recommend the purchase: I made the purchase, a week later I received by mail the status of the order indicating that it would arrive in a few days. Unfortunately a month later it had not arrived. Along the way there were more than 5 unanswered emails from 1001hobbies. Better choose other suppliers.

I waited more than two weeks for my order to be taken into account, then it arrived a few days later, and in the end I didn't get everything I ordered: 3 items out of the 5 basic items, instead of taking a larger box, it will be in two packages.

Easy to order, delivered on time in perfect condition. I didn't realise it was coming from outside the UK until I noticed the address label, if I hadn't looked I would never have known. That is good service.

The order was completed in good time, trans-Atlantic shipping was fast. Despite damage to the external packaging, the contents arrived in good shape.
