Perfect, nothing to complain about. Fast delivery

Run away! Deadlines not met, customer service in freewheel mode: unable to do what's asked of them. A lot of stress and fruitless e-mail exchanges. A horror! All this to find myself running to find a replacement gift at the last minute, when I had ordered 2 items in March for an important birthday in June... Help!

Disappointed by the quality of the paint, throw away one can and the other will soon do the same.

Shipping costs from Europe to the US were actually less than many US firms charge to ship in-country. My package arrived in two weeks, which is as good as or better than many US shippers, and outstanding for transatlantic shipping.

The models were a gift to my husband for his birthday so I payed the extra for them to be gift wrapped. However the gift wrap was a lot to be desired it looked liked they couldn’t be bothered so had to redo it. Otherwise quick and easy.

The only remark is that I made a mistake with my order, it's for the strength of the cardboard, remember to double its thickness on the inside on the sides so that it doesn't deform under the weight of the other parcels. Logically, it's always the larger boxes that bear the weight of the smaller ones that are stored on top to transport them. But the models all arrived intact. But you never know, two precautions are better than one. In any case, thank you, I'm fully satisfied with your services.

Very good may be the cardboard big enough to protect the model boxes. But it bent under the weight of the other packages. I think that by adding double the thickness to the contours on the inside, this type of parcel will no longer fear the extra weight.
