Nice case, but slow to ship

The content is fine, but when an article is missing and you wait 2 months without news, the follow-up could be better so that at least the rest is sent beforehand. Without any protest on my part, this could have gone on for 6 months or even longer! ! That's not very serious when you're paying in advance.

Perfect shipping 2 days early, scheduled on the 8th, received on Sept. 6th.

Order conformed to my request and was delivered as expected. But what's a pity, is that there's a lack of advantages in some models from Hasegawa or Tamiya in 1/48 that I can't find any more.

The delivery took quite a long time. The products were as expected and very good!

Last delivery was very fast, 2 days after placing the order! The parcel was missing a small pair of pliers which must have slipped out of the packaging during preparation. I sent an e-mail to let them know, and a few days later I received the pliers. Very cooperative, serious staff - nothing to say Bravo!

Only I thought it would come to me from Italy instead of France, but some Italian sellers especially if not from my area, they take longer....

Everything perfect and very fast, the package arrived ahead of time and in perfect condition, now I just have to test the RC car, if there was anything I would contact them, but otherwise 10.

The product arrived 15 days later than the originally agreed-upon delivery date. Unfortunately, they didn't proactively notify me about the delay or offer an alternative solution. I had to initiate contact with them to inquire about the reason for the delay, and their responses were consistently vague. The items I purchased were intended as a birthday gift for a family member, but I was unable to give them on time due to this delay.

Perfect web browsing, shipping by mail a little late due to mail and orders I have made both online and by phone perfect.

Well received the entire order, however, the package was vandalized during the trip, but nothing is missing. 1001 hobbies was informed of this vandalism by telephone. The parcel was cut on the bias from one corner to the other with a cutter. Best regards. M.GUILBON

My experience was quite bad. Before buying the product I asked for information to make sure, in addition to taking time to satisfy the mail since by phone impossible, they tell me one thing and then send another (I have it all in writing). They take a long time to serve order and now to return a thousand laps since obviously they have not sent me what they said it was .... sorry but in my case I can not say anything good about them.
