Delivered as described , very well packaged and on time

I ordered by choosing express delivery, but my order arrived a week late, without any warning. I contacted customer service to request a refund, but I never received a response. You are here to do business, but with this lack of seriousness you have just lost a customer. Very disappointed by this lack of professionalism and communication.

Merchandise conforms and is in perfect condition. Received on time for Christmas despite several delivery issues due to the considerable number of packages to be delivered at the same time. Delighted with my daughter's gift.

Order placed on November 24. Delivery on December 16 of a package containing an item that has nothing to do with the requested product. Unsuccessful call to the number mentioned on the site which does not work. Sending a detailed complaint email with photos that remains unanswered. No need to say more.

Not only did my order from December 1st leave late, but it arrived today, December 19th, at a pickup point that I did not choose, even though I informed 1001hobbies twice that I would be absent starting today. When I return, my order will no longer be available.
