After 3 weeks of waiting, they told me it was one week! I contacted customer service again to inform me that the payment was not valid even though my bank had debited the amount of the invoice. No one contacted me to inform me of the problem if I hadn't called. I had to send proof from my bank as a precaution that it had been paid. Finally, 2 months later, I received my purchase.
