For a £15.00 snap together kit the final bill inclusive of postage and tax was over £25.00. Not my idea of good value. howeve delivery was very quick.

Delivery times have always been respected since I've been a customer, the packaging is solid and well cared for, and in the event of problems or questions the replies by e-mail are very responsive, which is really a plus, not to mention the wide choice of models and various materials. If the products are in stock it's often very fast, my last order was placed on Wednesday and received on Friday.

Found this site through Google. Very easy to navigate and had just want I wanted at the right price. Shipping tracking was off but for the better. Order showed up earlier than it was supposed to. Overall very good experience.

A wide variety of unusual vehicles and equipments to choose from, with good turnaround times on out of stock items. Trans-Atlantic shipping speed is good, and orders arrive packed well, so no damage. The website search engine sometimes gets a little snarky with the results, and sometimes the individual category listings have the wrong picture attached to them, but this is rare. It's really eye-opening just what is available in the plastic model world, and 1001 hobbies does a good job of bringing this to the modeler's attention.

The miniatures were different than I expected but they're perfect for what I need anyway. The shipping was also fast.

The site is well organized but perhaps a hair confusing.

It is that I received a voucher for this site otherwise I would never have ordered through this site. But it turns out they are scammers. 1. Free delivery from spending 100 euros, quite high but with such a store you're soon there anyway. I order here for 160 euros and use my vouchers. But they are not seen as money but as a discount code so you still have to pay shipping costs. Ridiculous 2. You order some things, half of them are delivered, namely all the small stuff, but you can forget about the big and expensive kit. If you then contact the customer service you get a response if you can send pictures because it should be in the box. Responded twice now and 2 weeks later and never heard anything back. Never buy anything here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
