The products really aren't that great. There's tape on the joints and the plastic is really light. As for service, when you mark a product in stock, you shouldn't have to wait two weeks for delivery. We need to improve on this last point.

There are no detailed french assembly instructions inside, nor any other assembly instructions, very disappointed for a first order.

Customer service is very good.my main interest is 1/72 napoleonic military figures and my favorite brand, Zvezda, is prohibitively expensive.something I find hard to understand, especially since I don't have this problem with my other retailers.
