I had a problem with the reception of the package, but fortunately they solved the problem.

Bought for a gift, very well wrapped. A bit of a wait to get the order ready, but still on time for the expected arrival date! Otherwise very good quality and therefore very satisfied with SH figure arts.

Order took a long time to arrive. These were needed on promised delivery date but arrived much later so I had to order this order elsewhere and received it faster

Great collectable figure arrived just after the stipulated time , but because it's not available at retail it's good for a UK delivery . The communication with the seller and update was also helpful

Very well detailed site and product lived up to expectations.

No problems to report, the boxes arrive safely, despite a fairly long delivery time, but the beautiful things are hard to come by!

Are confusing, some products that were supposed to arrive in a short time never arrived and other products apparently available, while waiting for them to arrive others disappeared or even became pre-orders. I had to send a lot of emails and make several phone calls while also having to insist that I demanded refunds, which they then did with a couple of refunds and a voucher, which luckily I was able to spend because there was another item I was interested in. in short out of 5 models I received one that took three weeks to ship despite it being available. in short they are honest in that they refunded what they owed but too dispersive, on the model I received I saved something compared to average prices but it wasn't worth all the time I had to waste.

I ordered from across the pond. The item was not in stock at the warehouse but at the distributor. Hobbies 1001 was able to confirm and have the item shipped to them and then to me. A little slow but an item I could not find anywhere else in the world.
