A stock order taking almost 14 days instead of three days. Probably 1001 hobbies had to order the product from Japan first and then send it to me. I received a broken 80€ figure. After I contacted them, of course, they wanted to give me a 15€ voucher (for a broken 80€ figure ???). Since I was not satisfied, they wanted me to absolutely destroy the figure and send a picture. Only then would I have gotten a new one, so I preferred to take the 15€ and fix the figure with some glue, but I have to say that the shipping and how it was packed was absolutely bad.
