First time Customer, quite pleased with the whole experience

I found the delivery to be very long

Collected very quickly nothing to say perfect

The website is very clear and the selection is very wide. There are clear pictures or images with the items where you can clearly see what it looks like.

Great choice fast tracking shipment

Selection is very good, availability is sometimes spotty, not problem of 1001hobbies. Shipping speed is good (trans-Atlantic). Site navigation sometimes not logical or intuitive, but is something that can be worked around without much difficulty.

Good site reasonably much to find, but still miss some in terms of Tamiya cars. and the prices are also on the reasonably high side, except for the offers. buy reasonably some if it is really an offer.
