Hello, I don't understand why I have to pay a customs tax for a large order but not for a small one. Whereas on other sites I never pay any for the same type of order. cdr

It would be helpful to be able to request the preferred delivery time slot (morning-afternoon).

1001 Hobbies is the only 'store' I can find that carries these paints! The site is easy to use, price is ok, and good delivery times! Can't ask for more! (unless you want to give the paint for free, of course!)

Hello, 61 years old and re-starting in model making after 50 years off, I find all the products I'm looking for on this site, reliable, attentive and prompt in its answers to various questions, record delivery times, parcels always in perfect condition with compliant contents, in front of these omnipresent qualities I'm not looking to compare prices with other sites for a few possible euros, this "box" deserves when you've tasted it to be loyal for undeniable comfort.

The shipping costs are high and the time too long.

Product received with detached parts (detached wheels). I had to cancel the payment card since it was linked to the shipment a fee to be paid by mail to receive the product.... in the post office to pick up the product I was notified of the non-existence of such tas.

It wasn't clear that something was out of stock. So I would order, end up waiting a month, then have to ask for a credit. Happened twice on the same original order. In fact, I don't think I have ever received the masks for the Revell Wiking seaplane. Frustrating. Plus, the turn around for email requests is several days.

I found it difficult to identify the model of the color contained in the bottle because a label was applied right on the identification code.

Merchandise arrived with action figure box severely damaged due to improper shipping packaging by shipper

Was sent the wrong item and they still have not sent me what I ordered. Have tried to contact them but no answer. would like to order more from them but will not use them until this problem is fixed. So far just lip service on their part.

Serious site, and what's more, it's French. The prices and quality of the products on offer are more than honourable. Perhaps a wider choice of brands would be a plus.
