It was dispatched within a week as stated. It arrived well packaged. The product itself was unfortunately not quite the quality I had hoped for, but 1001Hobbies can't help that. I would order here again

1001 Hobbies has a wide range of products available, some of which I have not seen available from any other on line site. There service has been reasonably quick and reliable given the distances involved and their prices are not unreasonable. They do respond when there are problems with orders and handle them satisfactorily.

Rather long delivery time, no information, difficult to contact seller and in the end one of the items was changed for another reference, certainly equivalent, but a little message would have been welcome. In short, first and last order with this seller.

Always delivered all orders to Germany without any problems. I often order from 1001 Modellbau and am completely satisfied with the service.

An order that took two months to arrive. If you're ordering for a birthday, plan well ahead. A plane is missing and -1001 has offered to reimburse me (we'll see if the contract is honored from start to finish).

My "gift" arrived in a jiffy bag already opened with the contents inside, compromised.

Large assortment which is very positive, only because of different languages the description is not always clear. Furthermore, the delivery time is relatively long (considering what most Dutch shops can do) It is also a pity that you can not make a wish list or something for future orders. You have to keep looking everything up. Also customer contact is not good in terms of answering in the right language.

Arrived 5 days after anticipated date

All references in stock but more than a week to receive the parcel and what a parcel !!!! A poor bubble envelope with pots of paint, a brush without any protection... I don't recommend!

Big delay in the order, without my knowledge. I had to be the one to call them, as the order was still being "prepared". Too bad, because the rest went smoothly.

A wide choice of miniatures and the possibility of pre-ordering boxes that are temporarily unavailable. A real plus when preparing a project, especially for wargames.

As usual, everything is transparent, we are well informed about the availability of products and moreover, the estimated delivery times are always respected and delivery is regularly in advance.

I am very satisfied, not everything of my order could be delivered, but that is then neatly resolved. You get no money back but a coupon with the amount [ code] what you can then use with a next order. I have no problems with that, I was also informed in advance.

A pre-order item! I found the delay very long. The 2nd article is apparently no longer available! Why wasn't it put aside from the start, so as not to keep the customer waiting? As for the rest, I can't say much about it, as I'm basically only looking for pins, and I noticed that you didn't have much to offer on that front. But I'll take a look from time to time. Quality of service and excellent selection of models

As usual, the order was delivered without a hitch, despite a slight delay in relation to the original delivery date. One broken resin part, but not due to the packaging, certainly broken at the manufacturer's, the broken part is not in the packaging.
