Since my order went through a French bank number, I did check 4 times to make sure it was the right one. Home delivery was first supposed to be during next Thursday. Quite unexpectedly, this became Saturday morning already! The contents of the box - I am also very satisfied with that.

Hello, Deadlines met, but you have to remove the label stuck on the pot, when it does not tear off, to get the number of the pot. When you order 3 Tamiya X1 pots and 3 X18 pots, you need a lot of patience...

Bit slow in getting to me

The order has taken a month to arrive.

I don't know how or why my order was delayed, but I can testify that between the time I placed my order and its dispatch a fortnight later, I received two emails at regular intervals informing me that the site was doing its utmost to reduce the delay. This was probably due to an item being temporarily restocked between the time my order was placed and the time it was picked up by the warehouse staff. The parcel was well prepared and the cardboard boxes inside were in good condition. However, on the general level of the site, I would like clearer information on the paint references to be purchased in anticipation of the models ordered. I thought I saw that there was a service where the site team chose an assortment of paints to suit its own order, but it didn't seem very clear in its wording. Apart from that, browsing the site is pleasant. Perhaps I could add more search fields, such as the countries of origin of certain materials, which I found lacking in some of my searches. But overall I'm quite satisfied with your services and I'm thinking of placing another order, this time with more paint materials (brushes and colors).

Really amazing quality and shipping was fast, they had to pre order the item but everything was pretty fast. I just had to wait like a week after order to get the item shipped, and when they shipped it it came in like 2 days. Really fast, I highly recommend them️

I think the good resencies are deceitful when I came with difficulty to the bad I was shocked and I find it shameful that they do nothing about it. It's not that the delivery is cheap or something just more expensive than most. For me not understandable that a company does nothing about it. 1 star is 1 too many

Pre-ordered item, so I had to wait quite a while, but that was the deal. As soon as I got the e-mail saying that the parcel had left the warehouse, it didn't take me long to receive it. I thought I'd have to pay customs fees, but I didn't, so thank you very much!
