Good selection of items and quality. Only the shipping information and delivery date could be a bit better written out, but the support helped me out a lot.

Very bad experience I paid for the fast shipping that was supposed to arrive within two days because I needed it urgently while the package arrived after 5 days and now I can't use it, so the purchase turned out to be useless.

The products very well, but after making the purchase online they indicated that one of the products was not available and therefore took 3 weeks to deliver the order, If they had told me before the purchase, I would have cancelled it since it was for a birthday gift that arrived quite late...You have to be more Honest.

The customer service was a bit confusing, at first they said the model was not available, but it would be available in blue, then nothing for a while and suddenly I get the model I initially ordered although I had ordered the blue replacement model, but unfortunately with a small damage, was not serious but annoying.

Great selection with occasionally surprising items. Delivery time and communication around it could be improved though.....

Item was well-packed and quickly shipped. I have consistently had outstanding service from 1001 Hobbies!

The website is very unclear about shipping times. 1000hobbies.nl seems to be a Dutch webshop, but apparently it is French. my items had to come from France,. 3weeks delivery time for an item in stock is way too long.

Navigation and site ok; product matching description; package well assembled and protected. Final delivery not accurate with long lead time.

Trustworthy site. Will I soon have the second bottle of iron pigments? Looking forward to a restocking. Sincerely

Delivery time was exceptionally long. Plus they knew my address was in the USA but still ended up shipping a European plug/power adapter, which is of no use to me and I'll have to source another one locally.

Crushed carton (fortunately no apparent damage to contents). Wouldn't it be possible to note "FRAGILE" on the carton so that the carrier doesn't crush it with heavy goods?

WARNING; This company is NOT in the UK. They are in FRANCE. They also work with suppliers so they don’t have stock on site, you have to wait 2-3 weeks for it to be delivered to them, and then they send it to you. I also got collared for a £90 customs charge. The site is NOT clear at all. Everything is .co.uk or a uk based phone number. That said, the prices are fabulous, any communication on my part was responded to promptly (even on the phone) and the lady I spoke to (I assume it is the same person) was lovely every time even though I likely drove her mad with my worries. Packages arrived VERY quickly once dispatched (one was delayed, annd even that was sent sooner than the ETA they gave me) and they were all packed nicely. I would definitely use again now I know what to expect. Fully recommend.

Helicopter received on time. Main rotor not working. No reply to e-mail sent a week ago. Unreachable by phone. ... I'll e-mail again.
