The sable brush arrived unprotected so the bristles are bent or broken i can't use it, despite an email i still have no answer

It could be improved by adding additional sorting criteria (e.g.: sorting 1/72nd scale aircraft or vehicle models, adding a selection by era: early aviation, WW I, between the wars, WW II, 50s-70s, 80s-2000s, contemporary). For spare parts and accessories, the scale is not always specified.

All very well. It took a while but it was the holiday season. So nothing more to say. Happy!

Easy ordering on the site, well-protected parcel and problem-free delivery. Only downside: stock management, items indicated as "Immediate dispatch" are not necessarily available in stock. In my case, 9 items were ordered and immediately available at the time of ordering, but none were in stock. Apart from that, it's a good store.

Delivered within the time promised. Just wish they could do it a little quicker. 😉
