I discovered the site to change my Amazon orders. As a result, it took over 5 weeks to receive a product that would have taken 2 days on the other site... And no communication apart from automatic emails "your parcel has not yet been prepared". What a shame!

The models arrived very well, quickly and well packaged...the only thing is a little expensive, but it's worth it.

They responded by giving me a mailing address and told me that they will tell me how to make the return. I do not know if they will refund me the money, they will send me a voucher.
