I think that charging 7€ for shipping is a bit excessive, considering that the order is dated 05-13-05 and received on 05-22-05. I also think that a minimum order of 99€ to not charge shipping is too much. By the way...Revell has a Wolskagen model in 1:9 scale almost 100€ cheaper than you guys, not to say which platform I'm going to buy it from. Thanks

Fast shipping, nothing to complain about, but I paid 2 euros to wrap the box of figurines and I was really disappointed because it was really done on the fly, the packaging is ugly, you can see part of the box, the tape is not discreet, in short! Go there with your eyes closed and spend 2 euros on gift wrap, it's more profitable ^^

The goods and delivery are great. But partial refunds don't work at all. It's a good thing I paid via Paypal, otherwise I would have lost the money. And they made a few cents too. Sad.

The preparation of the order plus the delivery takes too much time. This is the reason why I can't buy certain items.

The parcel took a long time to arrive (in fact it was because of the supplier) but that's not a problem. On the other hand, I asked for the option "emballage" except that ~15% of the packaging was missing (2 sides were missing)
