the site does not provide good information for non French residents and i had not been informed of the unacceptable delay of forwarding (although through an expensive express provider : more than 3 weeks for Dubai !!! (still pending)

Part from it take a good while & leaving me thinking the order wasn't even coming at this point & the box somewhat almost being burst open that it was shipped in, it was as good as can be. In the end I did get my package, so can't be that much more upset/too upset!!

Terrible. They only sent half of my order, which was damaged, the most expensive item never arrived and was never sent, they have also refused to send a replacement or send me a refund for it. I would NEVER buy from this company again and I would tell anybody else to avoid dealing with them. They also pretend they are in the UK with their website name, UK phone number and UK prices but they are actually in France. Their customer service is pathetic, the ignore you. Worst experience EVER. I lost £160 dealing with them.
