Great assortment of models and very correct purchase and shipping process.

Ordered and paid on april 6th. then there was nothing, only after asking and entering the transaction code the item was shipped in no time. after that it took less than three days until it arrived. i would like to shop here again, despite some difficulties.

Unfortunately, I would have to say that my experience with 1001 Hobbies is bad on the basis that I ordered an Eduard photo etched sheet and received a large model kit. Although to be fair they have responded quickly within normal working hours to rectify the problem which appears to have arisen through both items having the same reference number.

Everything is perfect, but in my opinion your team should keep its customers better informed once they have placed their order in terms of processing time before shipment. For example, for an out-of-stock item, it would be appreciated if you could inform your customers of the actual time after ordering that they will have to wait.
