The shipping costs are high and the time too long.

Product received with detached parts (detached wheels). I had to cancel the payment card since it was linked to the shipment a fee to be paid by mail to receive the product.... in the post office to pick up the product I was notified of the non-existence of such tas.

Site navigation a little cumbersome, item great, better than expectations, delivery in the norm

It wasn't clear that something was out of stock. So I would order, end up waiting a month, then have to ask for a credit. Happened twice on the same original order. In fact, I don't think I have ever received the masks for the Revell Wiking seaplane. Frustrating. Plus, the turn around for email requests is several days.

I found it difficult to identify the model of the color contained in the bottle because a label was applied right on the identification code.

Merchandise arrived with action figure box severely damaged due to improper shipping packaging by shipper

Was sent the wrong item and they still have not sent me what I ordered. Have tried to contact them but no answer. would like to order more from them but will not use them until this problem is fixed. So far just lip service on their part.

Fast and reliable follow-up. It's a pity that the supplier is obliged to stick these labels on the 10ml tamiya paints, totally hiding their references... But that's not 1001h's job.

My order was 2,5 x 1000mm threaded rods, please specify that they should be straight in comments - they arrived totally bent in a 40x40 cm box in which it is impossible for them to be straight - they are useless to me money wasted.

My order was wrapped in bubble wrap and wrinmkled the boxews and tape across the face of one of the models when removing the tape it tore the faceing of the box still great to get models from you all

All okay, but I seem to remember that the wait was a little long

I received damaged paint pots at home. 1 jar broken and therefore the other jars under the paint and not visible what color the jars have. During contact via email you indicate that it is your fault and not ours. You should take the paint back, but refuse to do so. Not nice to the customer. Solve something like this . so the rating is a -5
