There were far too many difficulties with the delivery!
Fluid site, it's easy to find what you're looking for, there's a chat room for further information, the cardboard box containing the model arrives packaged in bubble wrap, very well packaged and without any additional cardboard. Delivery times are respected.

Product arrived in great shape and in a reasonable amount of time considering coming from the EU. Very happy with the transaction.
Initially, I was very angry and frustrated with this company for the following reasons: 1. For a week my items had not been dispatched or processed despite the website stating they dispatch items within 48 hours. 2. Because of the delay the main item I had made the order for had sold out. I was issued a voucher to use at a later date on the website but customer care did sort this for me and issued a refund instead, rightly so. 4. I was under the impression the company was fom the UK as they use a UK domain name and website, but they are actually based in France. I was lucky to escape a customs charge. It was a very stressful process because I felt the website was not very transparent. HOWEVER, the shipping was fairly quick from overseas, the items I did receive are fantastic quality. Once I raised an issue with customer care they were pretty speedy with their replies also. I would use again in the future, but would bare in mind the possibility of a custom charge and order with plenty of time.

Correct condition of the boxes despite the lack of packaging. I paid extra for gift wrapping, which was not done either. Very average.

Very very bored with my last order
First, the order took longer than you are led to believe at the time of purchase, I placed my order on December 5th and it only arrived on December 22nd. But I almost didn't receive it because the 1001 hobbies company didn't write down my complete address and that's why the letter carrier couldn't deliver it. Luckily I went to the office the same day to find out where my order was, otherwise they would have sent it back to France. In the mails I received from 1001 hobbies my address was always complete. This has been my case, I don't know how often this happens with this company.
