Hello, as this is a gift, I would have appreciated not receiving crushed boxes! The packaging cardboard being of poor quality (too thin and the padding insufficient), this explains that...

The reviewed mug is damaged and did not match the description. I requested a return and a refund. But customer service is unreachable by phone and has not yet responded to my request. I am waiting for a favorable response to this order. Best regards

Two aspects in the experience, the purchase on the site was very smooth, the delivery times and the customer service contact were deplorable. 7 weeks for delivery of an item supposedly in stock with a delivery time of 7 days and only one contact after 6 weeks on my follow-up, very anachronistic in today's e-commerce world. After that, the product is totally in line with expectations, that's already something.
